Snacking Around The World At The Standard at College Station

Snacking is a very broad term. To some, the word “snack” may bring to mind a crunchy bag of chips, for others, it may call up memories of fluffy, yellow, cream-filled snack cakes paired with a soda. We all snack in different ways, and whether you enjoy salty, savory, sweet or sour, we all enjoy a snack break from time to time.

Here at The Standard at College Station, we used our intrinsic love for junk food to show our residents a new perspective of other cultures. Our residents of all majors and interests stopped by and chatted about these international treats. Marketing majors stopped and chatted about the color schemes on the packages, snack food connoisseurs gabbed about texture and flavor, and everyone (junk food critics included) enjoyed a fun break from everyday snacks!
